The villa is perfect for a vacation gathering of friends and family as well as a destination wedding, yoga retreat, culinary getaway, corporate meeting or incentive group. The full-service, gated beach villa offers your group your own dedicated butler/concierge, twice-daily maid service, maintenance, 24-hour security and more. A daily chef prepared breakfast is also included and chefs can be arranged for exquisite lunches and dinners as desired.

The villa’s distinctive design that loosely reflects the image of a luxury yacht in motion as well as a winged bird in flight, is the work of the United States and European-trained architect, David Konwiser.

Rooms

The estate is comprised of the Main Villa (8 bed- rooms) and the Entry Cottage (2 bedrooms). All of the bedrooms have private baths and ocean views. Each distinctive bedroom entrance features Italian mosaic tile and most rooms are identified with a distinctive accent color.

Details

The estate is a 2 hour drive or 20 minute flight by plane or helicopter from Costa Rica’s capital, San Jose. If being close to the beach is important to you, no other large villa in Manuel Antonio is closer. Punto de Vista is on a small forested road known by travelers and locals alike simply as “the beach road” where cars are outnumbered by monkeys, sloths and Toucans! A 5-minute walk leads you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.
